GRADES 1-3 (DIVISION I)
Minimum daily requirements for student learning
Classes will begin on Wednesday, August 30, 2023
Students should be available daily during their scheduled Synchronous (live) learning time online
Synchronous learning – students will meet with the entire class, led by the online teacher for approximately 80 minutes of instruction each day—additionally, students will have access to individual/small group instruction to support their learning.
Asynchronous learning – in time not spent with the teacher, students will engage in independent work throughout the day.
Specialist teachers (e.g., music, art, phys. ed) – may be assigned to classes of students and will work with the primary teacher to determine timing and the best way to integrate the subject.
GRADES 4-6 (DIVISION II)

Asynchronous learning – in time not spent with the teacher, students will engage in independent work throughout the day.
Specialist teachers (e.g., music, art, phys. ed) – may be assigned to classes of students and will work with the primary teacher to determine timing and the best way to integrate the subject.

Classes will begin on Wednesday, August 30, 2023
Students should be available daily during their scheduled Synchronous (live) learning time online
Synchronous learning - students will meet with the entire class, led by the online teacher for approximately 120 minutes of instruction each day—additionally, students will have access to individual/small group instruction to support their learning.
Asynchronous learning - students will engage in learning activities similar to homework independently or with caregiver support.
Specialist teachers (e.g., CTF, Art, Music, Phys. Ed) – students will have optional Phys. Ed and Career and Technology Foundations Courses.
